Bud retired from a successful career with the Maine Air National Guard in 1996 where he led a team of over 350 people in accomplishing demanding missions. Bud’s motto became "People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care." He brought that focus on caring, expertise, and mission accomplishment to the profession of real estate in 1997. Since then he has helped many to take their first or next steps in the ownership of property. Bud and his wife Lanie, an RN, raised three accomplished children who give them great joy.
